Customers who get angry when I read them their total cost are so compelling to me. Take charge of your narrative, Janice. Be the hero of your own story. You are the one who is purchasing $113.67 worth of adult zen coloring books, Janice. Itβs not me you hate, Janice. Itβs not me.
No ππ» because ππ» itβs ππ» lazy ππ»
Itβs also in front of customers. This is not good practise. If you work in hospitality/tourism it is seen as incredibly lazy and improper. And if I walk into a retail shop then I want the retail workers to acknowledge Iβm there, not just sat there looking down at their phone not even bothering to serve me.
Look at all these sources. Itβs common knowledge, or if you donβt want to say that, then the information is easily found with a simple search. Stop spreading bullshit that sitting is βlazy.β People can work many jobs perfectly fine from a seated position, and down time between customers does not need to be filled with unhealthy amounts of bodily wear-and-tear. Iβd bet that sitting would probably increase a lot of peoplesβ abilities since they can now concentrate on doing their actual jobs rather than being distracted by how much their feet or backs or whatever hurts. Get out of here with this complete moralistic nonsense.
You wanna work in the hospitality industry? How about being fucking humane to workers for a start. Theyβre people too.
